Post a one or two sentence CQI problem that you or someone you know has encountered (preferably in radiology or a health care setting if possible). For example: Department manager is flipping out because requests are not being manually time stamped by the secretaries even though the requests are electronically produced and show a time of order.

You must first post your response before your peers’ posts become visible.

Then choose two tools you have been learning about in the modules to provide possible solutions for two of your peers’ situations (one tool for each problem). Tell how and why you think these tools will help to alleviate their problems.

Note: Spelling, grammar, and substance really do count. Try not to veer off subject, and be respectful and considerate of your fellow student’s submissions.

You must post at least one original response to the topic AND you must respond to at least two postings for the topic. The grade is an all or nothing grade. If you do not complete all three portions, you will not receive any credit for partial work.
